The car wash itself was horrible. It's not even an exaggeration. Honestly all that I really want to clean was the windshield. But it was still pretty dusty and dirty after the wash. Even the tires were just horrible. I didn't expect the debris in the back of the truck to be removed but at least the dust to be removed. The car is almost a daily use so I figured it might be dirty but I've been to several car washes before and never had any issues. First thing I noticed was that there was barely any water used. Second thing was that at the end of the wash whenever you go to the dryer there was no drying whatsoever. My car was completely wet. At that point a hard rain can clean my car better than that. I was questioning if that was normal but I was looking to the other cars that had passed before me and they were dry. My grandma was with me and she told me to tell one of the workers but honestly I don't like to make things difficult, plus I get anxious. If I figure out how to put pictures I'll put them. But there must be like faults in the system because I just looked and someone else reviewed that half of their car wasn't cleaned. All I know is I won't be going back. We usually hand w

Ms. P the new site manager(very cool lady btw) made sure my concerns were recognized and documented properly. I’ve seen this car wash do a full 360 since the new open. I definitely see the improvement.

I stopped in to get my car wash today and I must say I had a great experience. I spoke with the manager Ms. P who shared with me that she was doing her best to turn this location around as my previous visits were a horrible experience. I left know that this is the only place to have my car washed. Thanks Ms. P

I would not recommend this business based on how they handled the transition from Take 5 Car Wash to Whistle Express. For several weeks, the location appeared completely closed. The entrance was blocked with cones, there was no visible information explaining what was happening, and all indications suggested the business was not operating. At the same time, my credit card continued to be automatically charged for a membership I could not use. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I received no email, text message, phone call, or notice explaining that the location had been sold, that the company name had changed, or how existing memberships would be affected. Several nearby Take 5 locations were also closed, leaving customers with no practical way to use the service they were still being billed for. Charging customers during a period when the location is inaccessible, while failing to clearly communicate major ownership and operational changes, is unacceptable. Businesses have a responsibility to be transparent with their customers, especially when recurring membership charges are involved. The quality of the car wash itself is secondary to
